Bull Denim vs Regular Denim
Same family, different job. Bull denim is about strength and surface, not indigo character.
Short answer
Bull denim is a heavy three-by-one twill, usually piece-dyed or left natural rather than indigo-warp. Choose it for durability and a clean surface; choose regular denim when you want indigo and fading.
Side by side
| Bull denim | Regular denim | |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Heavy 3x1 twill | 3x1 or 2x1 twill |

| Fading | Little — dyed through | Fades at wear points |
| Surface | Cleaner, more uniform | More character, slub |
| Strength | High | Varies with weight |
| Typical use | Workwear, bags, upholstery, aprons | Jeans, jackets |
Choose Bull denim when…
Workwear, bags and accessories, anything needing abrasion resistance and a consistent colour that will not fade at the creases.
