About Premium Denim Fabrics

Premium Denim Fabrics Inc. was established in 1990 as a family owned and operated fabric wholesaler in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. We specialise in denim: rigid and stretch, selvedge, bull denim, twill and pocketing, from domestic mills such as Cone as well as Japanese, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, Mexican, Indian and Chinese sources. What sets us apart is that the goods are already here — our stock is held across Los Angeles warehouses, so you can see, sample and buy without a mill lead time and without a minimum yardage.

Buying Questions

Do you offer swatches?

Yes. Tell us the style number or the construction you are looking for and we will get a swatch to you so you can check hand, weight and shade before you commit.

What are your minimum quantities?

There is no minimum. Because we sell from warehouse stock rather than placing mill orders, we can cut what you need — which is unusual in denim, where mill programmes commonly start in the thousands of yards.

Can I purchase full rolls?

Yes. Roll yardage is listed against every style in the live inventory, so you can see exactly how much is on the roll before you order.

Do you ship outside California?

Yes, we ship to you wherever you are.

Can I pick up in Los Angeles?

Yes. You are welcome to collect from our Los Angeles warehouse, and for local customers we can drop off.

How current is the online inventory?

The inventory shown on this site is read directly from our warehouse inventory sheets and refreshes automatically through the day, so what you see is what is on the floor. We also hold more stock than we publish online — if you do not see what you need, ask.
